  • We build our products to handle the elements, But even the best kit needs a backup plan. Here's the deal on our limited warranty.

    1. The products sold by Motorfans come with a limited warranty.

    2. THE CLOCK IS TICKING
    Your coverage starts the moment your products ship or leave the shop. Don’t leave ‘em in the box — get ‘em mounted and get riding.
    ⦿ PREMIUM SERIES: 1 Year + 1 Year Extension (24 Months Total)

    ⦿ ULTRA SERIES: 1 Year + 6 Months Extension (18 Months Total)

    ⦿ MOTO NAVIGATION: 1 Year + 3 Months Extension (15 Months Total)

  • Coverage and Exclusion [Not Covered By Warranty]

    1. The Goods: We cover any manufacturing defects. If we messed up the build, we’ll fix it.

    2. The Grit: Our lamps are cast aluminum and powder-coated for the long haul. Because they live near hot engines and under the sun, that coating will fade over time. That’s not a flaw; it’s a badge of honor from the road. Fading is not covered.

    3. THE "NO EXCUSES" RULES

    To make a claim, you’ve gotta play by the rules:
    ⦿ Register Your Gear: If you aren’t registered on motorfans.in, you aren’t on the grid. No registration, no warranty.
    ⦿ Keep the Paperwork: No receipt, no rescue. Keep your proof of purchase handy.
    ⦿ Buy Authentic: We only back products bought directly from us or our Authorized Dealers. If you bought it from a random source, you're on your own.

    4. WHAT VOIDS THE PACT (THE "DON'TS")
    We cover factory flaws, not user errors. Your warranty is void if we detect:
    ⦿ Misuse: Ignoring the user manual or improper installation.
    ⦿ Hacking: Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with seals.
    ⦿ Bad Juice: Use of unofficial power sources or splicing/cutting original wires.
    ⦿ Impact: Physical damage from accidents, drops, or crashes.
    ⦿ Extreme Abuse: Exposure to temperatures or conditions beyond the gear’s limits.
    ⦿ New Hands: Transfer of ownership (warranty stays with the original buyer).

    5. OUT OF BOUNDS
    ⦿ Expired: The gear is beyond its warranty period.
    ⦿ Ghost Orders: No valid order number or records that don't match our system.
    ⦿ Grey Market: Products bought through unofficial channels (grey imports or second-hand without a valid receipt). If you bought from a random reseller, they're your point of contact, not us.

    6. Software Sabotage For Moto Navigation and Xcan : Malfunctions caused by unauthorized firmware flashing or unofficial flashing tools.
    Warning: Touch the code, void the code.
    ⦿ The limited warranty covers auxiliary lamp lights, wiring harness and switch only.

    Camera
    GPS

  • Return & Refund Policy

    ⦿ For return claims, the product must reach us within 15 days of the sale, with return shipping charges borne by the buyer . Product cannot be returned after 15 days deadline.
    ⦿ Reverse shipping charges for warranty claim will be borne by the buyer.
    ⦿ Upon confirming the defect, we will repair or replace the returned product. Under any circumstances incase an identical product is no longer available, we may provide a replacement of a similar product of comparable value.
    ⦿ The claim will be rejected if the returned product does not meet the satisfactory terms and conditions, at the sole discretion of the seller.
    ⦿ BUYER IS ELIGIBLE FOR 100% refund if the order is cancelled before it’s shipped.

    THE "REPAIR AT COST" LIST Dropped your bike? Cut the wrong wire? Warranty expired? We’ve still got your back. If your gear isn't eligible for a free fix, we offer repairs at cost. No hidden fees, no "tax." Just the price to get your lights burning bright again.

    NOTE: The above price excludes GST, installation and uninstallation charges, and labour/service charges.

    Shipping: The rider is responsible for the cost of transporting the motorcycle to our workshop and for the return ride home.

    If the part is couriered to us, the owner bears the shipping cost from their location to our service center. We will bear the cost of shipping the part back from our service center to the owner.

    Timeline: We aim to reinstall and return your part within 1–2 working days after it reaches our workbench.
